Every Barong Yekhna order is prepared and shipped with care from our own production facility. Here is exactly what to expect after you place an order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and dispatched within 3–5 business days. Processing includes final quality inspection and secure packaging. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Shipping costs are calculated per order, not per item — add as many items as you like for the same flat rate, and orders over $100 always ship free.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package at any time on our Track Your Order page.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or handling fees levied by the destination country. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Barong Yekhna has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Delays
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith and cover the vast majority of orders. Occasionally, carrier congestion, customs inspection, or severe weather may extend delivery times beyond the estimate. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier immediately.
