2. Return & Replacement Conditions
We will only accept return or replacement requests under the following strictly defined conditions:

Non-Returnable Items:
Change of mind (e.g., color, model preference) or non-quality related reasons.
Products that have been unsealed and used, without any functional defect.
Problems caused by customer misuse, failure to follow the user manual, unauthorized modifications, or accidental damage.
Minor shipping box damage that does not affect the main product’s functionality.
Any product not purchased from an authorized Barong Yekhna channel.

Eligible for Replacement / Re-shipment:
The product has a verifiable manufacturing defect or functional failure present upon delivery and under normal use (e.g., unit does not power on, core cooling/circulation function fails, critical part is broken).
Please contact us via the “Contact Us” page within 48 hours of receiving the product. Provide a clear description, along with video evidence, photos, and your order information. Our support team will respond within 24 hours to initiate the verification process.
Once we confirm the issue is a covered quality defect, we will promptly arrange for a free replacement with a brand new unit and cover the shipping costs. You do not need to return the original item. We will guide you to dispose of it responsibly to ensure it is not put back into use.

3. 3-Year Limited Warranty
3.1 Coverage: Barong Yekhna warrants its products against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of three (3) years from the original shipping date of your order.
3.2 Service: During this warranty period, and upon confirmation of a covered defect, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace components, or replace the product with a new or refurbished unit at no charge to you. We will choose the solution that is most efficient and favorable for you.
3.3 Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
Normal wear and tear (e.g., surface scratches).
Damage resulting from accident, abuse, neglect, unauthorized repairs, or alterations.
Malfunctions due to the use of non-original accessories or failure to follow product care instructions.

4. Refund Policy
