2. Payment Terms

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm and initiate production for all orders.

  • The remaining 50% balance must be settled in full after we provide the export documentation (e.g., commercial invoice, packing list) and before shipment is dispatched.

  • We accept secure wire transfers (TT). Specific payment instructions will be provided with the proforma invoice.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

  • Origin: All wholesale orders are manufactured, packaged, and shipped directly from our factory in Mainland China.

  • Process: Shipment will be arranged only after the full payment is received and cleared.

  • Logistics: We handle export formalities and can assist with shipping to your nearest port (CIF/FOB terms available). Inland freight and import duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

4. Customization & Development Process

  1. Consultation: Contact sales with your requirements.

  2. Quote & Agreement: We provide a detailed quote and draft a partnership agreement upon confirmation.

  3. Deposit & Initiation: Project commences after the 50% deposit is received.

  4. Prototype/Sample Approval: (If applicable) Samples are provided for your approval before mass production.

  5. Production & Balance Payment: Mass production begins. Export documents are issued upon completion, triggering the balance payment.

  6. Shipment: Goods are shipped after full payment clearance.
